ChapterBuilder - What are Labels?

Labels allow you to group your linked groups/chapters. You can easily apply a label and then use them to pull data or filter your list. If you navigate to Analytics you can see how a specific Label Group compares to others. Note, tags are for specific leads. Labels are for chapters on your Chapter List. 

Note, Labels can ONLY be viewed/seen by the Dashboard users; those specific groups and their users will NOT be able to see them. 

Here are some common use cases for Labels

  • Regions

  • Probation or other standings 

  • Assigned staff member

  • Current Advisor 

  • Phired Up Coaching Community

Note, Labels are only available in the Council and HQ dashboards and not available in the group/chapter version of ChapterBuilder.
