ChapterBuilder - What are Events?

Note, that you must be on a Standard or Pro plan to be able to access this feature. 

The ChapterBuilder Event feature, allows you to create, invite, and manage leads attending your events. 

  • Event List - See all the upcoming and past events your organization has hosted. There you can edit details and click in to manage the event; this includes sending invites, creating a sign-up form, and checking in guests.

  • Edit Event - Update the event details and enact auto-statuses. 

  • Invite Guests - Want to invite the leads on your list to your organization's event? All your leads are in one place and we track who you have and have not invited yet.

  • RSVPs - Want guests to RSVP or sign up for a specific time slot? This feature allows you to plan for who will be attending and who is considering. 

  • Check-In - Do you need to keep a guest list? Want to track who attended and who was a no-show? This also includes recording which team members attended the event.
