When creating an event, you have the option to enable "Auto-Statuses." Auto-Statuses will allow you to have Lead Status (letter-grades) updated automatically upon a Lead either RSVP'ing or Attending an event.

Note, if a Lead has a status that is higher than the auto-status, it will not change their status. It ONLY changes the status for a lead who's current status is lower than the selected auto-status. 

Auto - Status Triggers:

1. RSVP'd as attending - the individual indicates that they will be attending your event through the RSVP form. 

2. The Lead is marked as "Attended" for the event; you do this by going to the Event > Manage Lead Guest tab > and marking them as "Yes" to the attended column. 

To set Auto-Statuses for an event, follow these steps:

1. Create a new event or edit an event (see further down how to navigate to edit an existing event).

2. There you will see a section entitled "Auto-Statuses" and two options. The first is to select an auto status when someone RSVP's and the other is for when someone is marked as "Attended." 

To find an already created event, click the additional event options button (three dots to the right of the "Manage" button) and click "Edit Event." See screen shot below.
