ChapterBuilder - Sharing Forms

This article will show you how to locate the shareable links for the forms you have created in your ChapterBuilder account. This shareable link can be used to hyperlink in communication or on a webpage. This link can also be sent out and will take someone directly to your form. 

Here are the steps to accessing this shareable link:

  • Navigate to the “Forms” page (located on the left side navigation bar). 

  • Find the form you want to work with and click on the "Share" button

  • Enable your form sharing (you will know you did this because it was turn red).

  • Click on the "Copy Form Link." Note, you can only use THIS LINK and CANNOT copy the URL at the top of the page.
