If you have members saying they never received the email invitation, make sure they check their spam folders as some servers will flag these emails. If they are using a yahoo email, we encourage them to choose another email provider as that service blocks all email communication from TechniPhi products. 

If they still do not see the invitation, you can always resend it or copy their link and send it to the recipient from your email or other messaging platform of your choice. See the article entitled, "How to resend a user/member's invitation to ChapterBuilder."
