ChapterBuilder - Is there a limit on text message length?

ChapterBuilder offers centralized texting for users to communicate directly with their leads from the platform. Below you will find some best practices for text message length. 

The platform supports long messages up to 1600 characters. However, for messaging, ChapterBuilder recommends sending messages that are no more than 320 characters to ensure the best deliverability and user experience. Note even at the max (1600 character,) it may result larger messages being split into small messages (this is dependent on the carrier provider). 

The text messaging feature is ONLY available for users on the Standard and Pro versions of ChapterBuilder. It is also available for the Council Dashboard.
