ChapterBuilder - How to write a note for a Lead
The notes feature allows users to write notes that appear in a Leads profile. Notes are often used to record information learned as well as to summarize interactions or meetings.
Navigate to the Lead list (located on the left-side navigation bar, entitled "Lead List").
Find the Lead you want to tag and click on them (this will take you to their profile)
You can click “write a note.” You can always add a tag if you learn an attribute or identifier you want to add or a milestone to indicate the step of the recruitment process taken.
Once the note is written and tags or milestones added, you will click “Create.”
The note will then appear on the Leads profile under “Notes" and in their "Activity Feed."
