ChapterBuilder - How to view endorsements/voting results?
The endorsement feature allows user to indicate whether or not they believe a lead is a good fit for the organization. ChapterBuilder tracks these endorsements for each lead displaying them for admin users to view.
To view a lead's endorsement/voting results and summary follow these steps:
1. Click on the "Lead List" and locate the lead you want to review the results for.
2. Click on the lead's image or the profile button to be redirected to their profile.
3. There you will see a tab entitled "Values Indicator," and you should click on it.
In the Values Indicator tab you will see the "Culture Fit Endorsement" area that will display the feed of endorsements and a summary at the top.
How to clear a lead's endorsements.
If you are wanting to clearing out all the endorsements or votes that have been indicated on a lead, you can easily do so by using the clear endorsement functionality.
To clear a single lead's endorsements, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the specific lead's profile (Lead List > Select specific lead by clicking "Profile" or their image).
2. Click the red "Actions" button at the top of the profile.
3. Select "Clear endorsements"
Note, if you select this option it will remove ALL endorsements cast on this lead and you will NOT be able to restore them.
