ChapterBuilder - How to update a Lead's Status
The Lead's status allows users to categorize Leads by indicating where they are in their process. You can adjust or update a Lead's status one of two ways.
To update a Lead's status from the Lead List, follow these steps.
Navigate to the Lead List (located on the left-hand navigation bar, entitled "Lead List")
There you will see the Lead's status in the upper left side of their Lead image (if they have one), and click on it.
You will notice a drop down list of the available statuses appear for you to assign to the Lead.
