ChapterBuilder - How to update a Lead's contact information

If you need to update the email address or phone number of a Lead in ChapterBuilder site, you can do so by following the steps below: 

  1. Find the Lead on the Lead list (navigate there by clicking "Lead List") and click on them (this will take you to their profile).

  2. Click on the red “Actions” button (see screenshot below)

  3. Click “Update Info” 

  4. Once you select that you will see that you can change any of the Leads basic information including name, phone number, email address, or image.
