ChapterBuilder - How to text a Lead

Note, you must have a ChapterBuilder phone number setup to be able to send messages. The only users that have access to the communication features are admin. 

To text a Lead from ChapterBuilder, follow these steps

  • Navigate to the “Message” tab located on the left-hand navigation bar

  • There you will see the screen below

  • To send a new message type in the name of the Lead you want to message

  • Once you have all your recipients selected, type your message in the lower section where it says “Write a message.”

  • Click the send arrow (send)

Note – once you send the message it will appear in the message tab as a thread on the left-hand side. All responses will populate here too. The message will also be stored on the Lead’s profile in the activity feed.
