ChapterBuilder - How to setup your ChapterBuilder phone number

Note this is only available in the Standard and Pro version of ChapterBuilder (Not Basic (free) or Lite)

  • Navigate to your account "Settings" located on the left-hand navigation bar

  • Find and select the "Phone" tab

  • Then search for a phone number (you will input your local area code and pick from available numbers)

  • The number you select will then appear below the search box and you will be able to assign it to one for your account admins, enable call forwarding, and even remove the number from your account. 

Note - texts will not be forwarded to your personal phone, only calls. 

5. Navigate to your "Account" tab also under Settings. There you will input your personal phone number if you want to enable call forwarding.

Note you must be an admin to access account settings like setting up a phone number.
