ChapterBuilder - How to see what version/plan I am on?
If you are unsure about which version of ChapterBuilder your organization is using, you can follow these steps and learn.
1. Navigate to Settings (located on the left-side navigation)
2. Click on the "Billing" tab (if you don't see it, then you are not your account admin and do not have access).
There you will be able to see your current plan in the "Your Plan" box (see below).
Here is a key to what each means:
Basic - means you are on the Basic Version
Lite - means you are on the Lite Version
Standard - means you are on the Standard Version
Pro - means you are on the Pro Version
FREE - means your organization is being provided the platform by your organization and providing you the Lite, Standard, or Pro version.
To access your account billing option, you must be an admin. All other user types do not have access to this account setting or information.
