If you don’t remember your password or it’s not working, follow these steps. 

1. Go to https://app.chapterbuilder.com/login

2. Click “Forgot Password.”

3. Enter your email address you used to register for your account 

4. Watch your email for the reset password email. If you don’t see it in a minute make sure you check your spam folder. 

5. Click on the reset password link and update your password. 

6. You should then be able to login with your new credentials.
