ChapterBuilder integrates with select organization new member reporting databases. This allows chapter accounts to report their new members directly to their HQ. Note, you MUST have Admin access to report new members. 

The following organizations have this integration (if your organization is not listed you will not be able to access this feature).

• Alpha Sigma Phi

• Alpha Tau Omega

• Chi Phi

• Delta Chi

• Delta Zeta

• Phi Kappa Tau

• Pi Kappa Alpha

• Sigma Alpha Mu

• Theta Phi Alpha

• Theta Xi

To report your new members directly from ChapterBuilder, follow these steps. 

1. Make sure each of the leads you want to report has been given the "A+" status in ChapterBuilder (if you do not know how to do this check out the articles on statuses).

2. Refresh your screen and you will notice that a red "Congratulations" button appears. Click on the "Review Members" button. 

3. Confirm the information listed for each lead is correct and ready to report. Note, you can update the individual lead profile if needed, before reporting them as new members. It is best practice to confirm these with each lead you are about to report as this is how your organization will reach out to you. 

4. Input the additional information requested. Note, that email is required.

5. Make sure each Lead you want to include in your reporting is selected (checkbox) and then submit.
