ChapterBuilder - How to reorder form fields
Want to switch up the order for your questions on your forms? Here are the steps to re-ordering your form fields (questions).
Navigate to the “Forms” tab on the left hand navigation bar.
Locate the form you are wanting to add them to or create a new form by clicking “+New Form.”
Click on the three dots (options) button on the right hand side of the form you are working with (it is to the right of the “view” button).
Click “Edit” button (See screenshot below)
You will see the “+ Add Field” button in the middle of your screen. Selecting this will allow you to create custom fields to collect the information that is most important to you. If you have all your fields created, skip to step 6.
Using the six dot icon on the left hand side of the screen (it is next to the field name) and drag the selected field to the new position you want it to hold.
Make sure to hit save once you rearrange (at the bottom of the page)
Note - The preset fields cannot be rearranged. First and last name, email address, and phone number will appear as the first four questions on every form in ChapterBuilder.
