ChapterBuilder - How to purchase more texts messages
If you run out of the text messages that were included in your plan, no worries. You can always purchase more messages in your ChapterBuilder account. Note, if you are a version that does not include texting (Basic or Lite), you will not be able to purchase minutes, texts or phone lines.
To purchase more text messages for your ChapterBuilder account, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the Phone tab (Settings > Phone). If you do not see this tab, you are not an admin or your plan/subscription does not include texting or calling.
2. There you will see the amount of text messages you have left and an option to "Add Texts"
3. Click "Add Texts"
4. You can select the amount of texts you want to purchase and click "Continue"
5. You will be directed to input your payment method and complete the purchasing process.
Note, if your text message total does not update immediately, give it a quick refresh.
