ChapterBuilder - How to purchase more calls or voice minutes.
If you run out of minutes to make phone calls that were included in your plan, no worries. You can always purchase more minutes in your ChapterBuilder account. Note, if you are a version that does not include texting (Basic or Lite), you will not be able to purchase minutes, texts or phone lines.
To purchase more minutes for phone calls for your ChapterBuilder account, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the Phone tab (Settings > Phone). If you do not see this tab, you are not an admin or your plan/subscription does not include texting or calling.
2. There you will see the amount of minutes you have left and an option to "Add Minutes"
3. Click "Add Minutes"
4. You can select the amount of minutes you want to purchase and click "Continue"
5. You will be directed to input your payment method and complete the purchasing process.
Note, if your new minutes do not update immediately, give it a quick refresh.
