ChapterBuilder - How to purchase additional phone lines?
Want to give more of your team members access to a ChapterBuilder phone number to text and call leads? You can easily purchase additional phone lines. Note, you must be on the Standard or Pro plans to be able to be able to purchase or utilize phone lines, calling, or texting.
To purchase an additional phone line(s), follow these steps:
1. Navigate to your account "Settings" by clicking on the icon/button on the left navigation bar.
2. There you will see a tab entitled "Phone," click on it. If you do not see the phone tab, you may not have the right user permissions. You must be an account Admin to access this tab.
3. In the phone tab, you will see a box at the time that displays the number of phone lines you have remaining and an option to + Add Phone Lines. If you click the + Add Phone Lines, you will be able to purchase an additional line.
4. Once you click the + Add Phone Lines, you will be directed to select a number of new phone lines you want to purchase and complete the buying process.
