You may have some leads on your list that are flagged as potential duplicates. You can easily merge them into a single account by following these steps. Note, you would rather watch a video tutorial click here.
1. Navigate to your lead list and either click on the "Manage Duplicate" button at the top of your lead list or find the specific lead you want to work with and click the red duplicate icon.

2. This will take you to the Manage Duplicate tab. There you can select the leads you want to merge together by clicking on the checkbox in the upper right corner. You will know who you selected because their card will turn red.
3. Star the lead you want to keep/have all the leads merged into. This lead will turn gold. Note, it will prioritize this lead's data over the other. For example if the starred lead has a status of A and others are Ds, it will keep the A.
4. Click the red "Merge" button.
Once you have successfully merged leads, you will see it recorded in your Activity Feed. You will see each of the leads that were merged, the star will indicate the lead you kept, and you will be able to click on the newly updated lead at the bottom (it's gray).
