ChapterBuilder - How to ignore potential duplicates
ChapterBuilder may flag leads as potential duplicates and they might not be. Therefore, you do not want to merge them but simply ignore them. Below you will discover how.
How to indicate leads are not duplicate profiles
1. Navigate to your Lead List and click "Manage Duplicates" or find the specific Lead you want to work with and click the red duplicate alert icon (see screen show below)

2. Ensure that the leads are not duplicates (Pro Tip is click on the quick view option and compare).
3. Select the leads that you want to indicate are NOT duplicates (aka ignore). You will know which leads you selected as their card will turn red and the checkbox in the upper right corner will be checked.
4. Click the ignore button.
This will remove them from your Manage Duplicate tab and remove the Duplicate alert icon.
