ChapterBuilder - How to export form responses
As individuals complete your organization’s forms responses will be recorded. To pull a complete list of individuals who have completed a specific form, follow these steps.
Navigate to the “Forms” page (located on the left side navigation bar)
Click the three dots on the right side of the form you are wanting to pull the responses for.
Click “Export Responses.” Then a download will be triggered allowing you to access the list.
You can also find an export button when you view your form responses (pictured below). You will notice it on the right-side with the arrow pointing down.
