Note, you must be an Admin to access the email feature in ChapterBuilder. Additionally, it's only available on the paid versions of ChapterBuilder.

To email a Lead through ChapterBuilder, follow these steps:

• Navigate to the Lead's profile (go to "Lead List" > Select the Lead you want to work with

• At the top of the Lead's profile, you will see “Email”

• There you will be able to customize the email you are wanting to send

• Once you click “send” it will be sent immediately to the recipient

Note – once the reply it will go to the inbox you used to register with ChapterBuilder which is the email address the email comes from.
