ChapterBuilder - How to delete all or many Leads
If you want to remove all the leads from your ChapterBuilder account, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to your Lead List (click on the "Lead List" icon on the left navigation bar).
2. Click the "Select All" checkbox in the upper right corner of the screen (to the left of the sort options) or individually select the individuals you want to remove by clicking the checkbox next to their profile on the list.
3. Once you have selected all the leads you want to remove, click the red "Actions" button in the upper right corner of the Lead List. There you will select "Delete Leads."
4. A pop-up message will appear asking you to confirm your deletion. We encourage you to read this message as it tells you "THIS ACTION CANNOT BE UNDONE."
5. The deletion process will begin. For large jobs, it may take a few minutes. ChapterBuilder will notify you once it is completed. You will get an in-app notification in the upper right corner (the bell icon) as well as an email notification that your deletion is complete (if you have enabled email notifications).
