If you want to delete a Lead from your ChapterBuilder account here are the steps. Note, there are two ways. 

The first way is to delete a Lead from the Lead list. 

1. Click the “Lead List” tab on the left side of the screen. 

2. Find the Lead(s) you would like to remove (you can search for them, sort, or filter your list to help refine your results). You can always delete more than one Lead at a time. 

3. Select the Lead by clicking the small check box in the upper right corner of their Lead “card.” 

4. Click the red “Actions” button and select “Delete Lead.” 

The second way you can delete a Lead is from their profile. Here are the steps. 

1. Click the “Lead List" tab on the left side of the screen. 

2. Find the Lead you would like to remove (you can search for them, sort, or filter your list to help refine your results). 

3. Navigate to the Lead’s profile by clicking on them.

4. Click the red “Actions” button (it is next to their name at the top of the screen) 

5. Click “Delete Lead.”

Note, by deleting a Lead they will no longer appear on your Leads list and their profile will no longer be active. 

Deleting leads is only available to Leaders and Admins.
