ChapterBuilder - How to create form fields
Want to add new questions (fields) to your forms? Here are the steps to creating and adding new fields to your forms.
Navigate to the “Forms” tab on the left hand navigation bar.
Locate the form you are wanting to add them to or create a new form by clicking “+New Form.”
Click on the three dots (options) button on the right hand side of the form you are working with (it is to the right of the “view” button).
Click “Edit” button (See screenshot below)

5. You will see the “+ Add Field” button in the middle of your screen. Selecting this will allow you to create custom fields to collect the information that is most important to you. You will notice there are different field types for you to select from. Click here to learn about each.
Pro Tip - If you want to rearrange your fields, click on the six dots on the left side of the field box (it is next to the field name) and use it to drag the selected field to the new position you want it to hold.
