ChapterBuilder - How to create a custom form agreement
Form agreements allow you to input some terms and conditions or any time of consenting agreement (like a grade release) for those completing your form to review and consent to, Below you will find the steps to enable and create a custom agreement.
Creating a Custom Agreement
Click on “Forms” on the left-side navigation bar; this will take you to the Manage Forms page
Find the form you want to work with and click “Edit.”
On the right side of the screen you should see a box with a section called “Form Options” The last option is “Enable Agreement.” Click to enable.
The option should have turned red and if you scroll down you should see a next text box that says “Custom Agreement. 
There you can input your text and set it to required if it is.
Editing your Agreement
If you need to edit the form agreements you can always do so by returning to the Edit Form tab for the form you want to update. Scroll down to the agreement and make the changes. Always be sure to save any changes you make.
