ChapterBuilder - How to bulk upload/import Leads
If you need/want to create more than one Lead by uploading their information follow these steps.
Click on the dropdown arrow next to + New Lead (see screenshot)
Select “Import Leads”
There you can download a template you can fill out with Lead's information or you can ensure that an existing spreadsheet meets the accepting formatting options.
Once you have your spreadsheet created or in the correct format, you can select “choose file.”
Then click “upload.”
Once it is successfully uploaded, you will see a green check mark, and all the Leads on your spreadsheet will be added to your Lead list and be given profiles.
Note, the first row of your spreadsheet will be omitted and your file must meet the formatting requirements. These are .csv is the only accepted format at this time.
