To approve or deny a request to join your ChapterBuilder account, follow these steps:
1. Login to your ChapterBuilder account; make sure you are using your Admin account if you have multiple logins.
2. Click on "Settings" on the left navigation bar.
3. Click "Members"
4. There you will see a request to join section. Any requests will appear there by displaying the person's name and email address.
5. To accept click the check mark and to deny click the "x".
If accepted, they will appear in your Current Member area in the bottom right corner. There you can adjust their access level or even revoke their access.
