ChapterBuilder - How to add a form description
Want to add instructions, organization background, or details about a form for those completing it? Now you can!
The form description allows you to share information at the top of your form for those completing it. Simply enable it, add your content, and it will display when someone accesses your form's link.
Here is how you add a description to your form:
1. Navigate to the "Form" tab (located on the left side navigation bar).
2. Click "Edit" on the form that you are wanting to add a description to. Note, if you do not have an edit button it means you are not an admin and do not have access to this feature.
3. Input your information into the field, "Description." See screenshot below. Note, if you leave this blank, it will not display anything.
