ChapterBuilder - How do you endorse or vote on a lead?

The endorsement/voting feature allows you to indicate whether or not a lead is going to be a good culture fit for your organization. 

To endorse/vote on a lead, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Lead List 

2. Select the lead you want to endorse or vote on by clicking on their profile button or image. This will redirect you to their profile. 

3. In there profile, you will notice a thumbs up or down option (unless your organization is using a different endorsement option) and you can  make your selection there. 

Note, for members and leaders, they will only see the endorsement they cast unless the visibility has been adjusted in the endorsement settings options. For admin, they will see a tally or total of the endorsements that have been made.
