ChapterBuilder - How do I know how many texts or minutes our account has left?

ChapterBuilder offers users both a calling and texting feature. Each account comes with a limited number of calling minutes and texts each year. 

Here are the number of texts and calling minutes included with each version. 

  • Basic (free) & Lite - feature is not included.

  • Standard - 3,000 minutes & 3,000 texts

  • Pro - 15,000 minutes  & 15,000 texts 

If you want to view the minutes and texts remaining in your account, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Phone tab (Settings > Phone). 

2. There you will see each phone line and the remaining texts and minutes remaining (see screen shot below). 

Note, all minutes and texts are are recharged annually but users can purchase additional minutes or texts (see article for details). 


How to purchase additional minutes or texts?

ChapterBuilder offers users both a calling and texting feature. Each account comes with a limited number of calling minutes and texts each year. 

If you want to purchase additional minutes and texts for your account, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Phone tab. To get there, click on "Settings" (left navigation bar) and then click on the "Phone" tab. 

2. There you will see each phone line and the remaining texts and minutes remaining (see screen shot below). You will also see an option to purchase additional minutes or texts. 

Note, all minutes and texts are are recharged annually but users can purchase additional minutes or texts (see article for details). Texting and calling is not available in the Basic (free) or Lite version of ChapterBuilder.
