ChapterBuilder - How do I change who can see endorsement/voting results?
The endorsement feature allows users the ability to indicate whether or not they believe a lead will be a good fit for the organization. Through this feature, users can cast each of these endorsements or votes on each lead and ChapterBuilder will generate some overall results. As an admin user, you have the ability to customize who can view these results.
To set the endorsement result visibility, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to your endorsement settings by going to Settings > Chapter
2. There you will see that you can change your endorsement options in the "Culture Fit Endorsement" area (if you are on the lite, standard, or Pro subscriptions) and the ability to set the "Visibility."
3. Determine if you want "Only Admin" or "All Users" (meaning all user types including Members, Leaders, Coaches, and Admin) to be able to view all results.
Note, endorsement results display in the Values Indicator tab in each Lead's Profile. See screen shot below.
