ChapterBuilder - How can I see when someone was contacted last?
ChapterBuilder offers users the ability to communicate with leads directly from the platform. Depending on the subscription, you could have access to emailing, calling, and texting. This communication is logged and tracked and is reflected in several of the reports.
Last Contacted Field
Each lead has a field entitled the "Last Contacted" in their profile. This field records the last time the lead has recorded contact in ChapterBuilder. Recorded contact includes the following:
Emails sent through ChapterBuilder
Calls made through ChapterBuilder
Texts sent through ChapterBuilder
The "Contact" milestone used.
Note, the "Contact" milestone is a great option for users who do not have access to the communication to track outreach.
Lead Report
The Lead Report contains 2 pieces of data that help you determine when a Lead was last contacted or if they have not been contacted. On the left side of the page, you will see "View Leads Never Contacted" (see below)
Under the "Main Contact" table, you will see a column entitled "Last Contact." You can sort your this table by that column and see which team member (the Main Contact) needs to follow up with their leads.
Note, this report is NOT available in the Basic (Free) or Lite version of ChapterBuilder.
