Once you have set up your ChapterBuilder Form and linked the payment, you will be able to share your form and start generating leads and collecting fees. Once a fee is collected, it will be automatically distributed to the bank account set up in your Stripe account.
What percentage of your fee does ChapterBuilder take?
Phired Up & TechniPhi takes 2% of your fee and Stripe takes their standard rate. Here are details about Stripe and its processing fees.
How can the council receive their fee?
You can set up a Stripe account easily through ChapterBuilder inputting your bank routing information and we can send fees there. Below you will find links for both processes:

Is there a record of payments somewhere?
All payments are recorded in the Payment Report. This report can be found under Analytics > Payments.
How are refunds handled?
If you need to issue a refund, you will need to handle it on your end as all funds are almost immediately distributed to you (it take take 1 or 2 business days). Phired Up will not process refunds as the funds are already in your accounts.
