ChapterBuilder - Form Error Message - "You do not have permission to view this form."
If individuals who are trying to complete your form are getting the message "You do not have permission to view this form" it simply means your form sharing has not been enabled.
To remedy this, you need to enable form sharing. You will find the steps below.
Navigate to the Form tab by clicking on the left-side navigation bar.
Once you are in the Form tab, you will see all of your forms. Find the one you want to work with and click the share button.
There you will see your link sharing is off, and you simply need to toggle it on and be sure to click Save.
Make sure you have the correct link in all the places you want people to access your form. The link you need can be accessed from this window and it's entitled Copy Form Link. Ensure you are sharing the form correctly with this article.
