ChapterBuilder - Council Dashboard - Where can you see what emails have been sent?
If you need to see what emails have been sent to the Leads on your List, you can do so by looking in the Lead's profile and selecting the "Activity Feed" tab.
Viewing Lead Email Activity:
1. Navigate to your Lead List and search for the lead you want to view.
2. Click on the lead to be taken to their individual profile.
3. Click "Activity Feed." In this tab you will see all the activity that has occurred to this lead. This include info updates, merging duplicates, status changes, notes, and communication.
Pro Tip - Filter the Activity Feed. You can filter the Activity feed by clicking the filtering icon in the upper right corner. There you can enable or disable any activity type to determine what information is displayed for that lead. In this case you would want to click everything off besides "Emails."
Summary
If you need to see what emails have been sent to the Leads on your List, you can do so by looking in the Lead's profile and click on the Activity Feed tab. There you will find records of all activity pertaining to that lead including communication like emails and texts.
