How many phone lines and text messages comes with annual Council Dashboard subscription?

1 phone line and 10,000 text messages.

Can you purchase additional phone lines and text messages?

Why do our messages say "Do Not Reply" when they are sent? 

The Council Dashboard only allows 1-way messaging; meaning the leads cannot reply to text messages received by the council dashboard. To ensure they realize it, we follow the industry practice of inserting "Do Not Reply" to each message sent. 

Since there is only 1 phone number, only 1 person can send text messages on behalf of the council/community?
