I click on the Message Tab and all is get is "We couldn't find a ChapterBuilder Phone Number for your Account," what does this mean?
This means you haven't set up your ChapterBuilder phone number yet! Click here to set it up.
Can Leads respond to messages sent from the Council Dashboard?
They cannot. The messaging feature on the Council Dashboard is one-way and you will notice that each messages sent automatically says "Do Not Reply." If someone replies, you will not see it and it will not be delivered.
How many phone numbers and texts does the Council Dashboard come with?

Can more than one person send texts?
They can but it will require you to switch who controls the phone line. Currently, only one person can have control of the Council Dashboard's phone number. Here is how you switch it.
