As a Council Admin, you may want to sort your Leads in a certain way to find the information or individuals you want to work with.
How to sort your Lead List
You can sort your Lead List by click any of the column headers and the list will updates to prioritize grouping leads by that column. You can sort by any of the following columns:
First Name
Last Name
Status
Phone Number
Date Created
The only columns you can NOT sort by, are Referral Source and tags.
Pro Tip - If you want to switch the sorting direction click on the column header multiple times. The arrow will show you which way the data is being sorted.
