ChapterBuilder - Council Dashboard - How to delete a Tag option
If you would like to remove a Lead Tag option from your Dashboard you can do so by following the steps below. Note, this is how to remove a Tag option from your dashboard and not how to unapply or remove from a Lead.
To remove a Tag option, follow these steps:
Navigate to your Settings tab by clicking on “Settings” on the left side navigation bar.
Find the “Tags” tab and click it.
There you will see all the Tag you have for your dashboard. Scroll through and find the Tag you are wanting to remove.
You should notice a trash can icon on the far right side of the screen in line with that label. Click it if you want to remove that Tag.
Click the “Save” button that appears at the bottom of the page to confirm that you do want that label removed. If you do not save, it will not be removed.
Note, if you delete a Tag that has been apply to a one or more Leads it will be removed from those Leads and you will no longer see it on your Lead List or in their profile. You will no longer be able to use it to filter, and it will no longer appear on the Tag Reports in your Analytics tab.
