ChapterBuilder - Can team members RSVP for an Event?
The ChapterBuilder Event feature allows you to track member attendance at your events.
Currently, team members cannot RSVP through a link like Leads. They will have to tell the Event point of contact, you will have to manually update their RSVP status.
To update a team member's RSVP or attendance status, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the event you want to RSVP them to by clicking on the "Event" tab (left-side navigation) and then click the "Manage" button for that specific event. See screen shot below.
2. Click on the "Manage Member Guests" tab and there you will see a table of all the team members with access to ChapterBuilder.
There you can update their Invited, RSVP, and Attendance.
