Are you unable to report one or more of your new members to your organization's database? This article will walk you through the most common reasons.
User is already in your organization's system
ChapterBuilder is prevented from reporting any new member that is already in the organization's system. If you know they were previously reported, you will need to contact your organization's headquarters directly.
Invalid Email Address or Phone Number
Make sure all email addresses are correct and all phone numbers are valid. Any with invalid information, will be rejected.
Do they have the top status?
Typically the top status on your status page will be "A+." If this isn't the case, you will need to make sure your top status is "A+" in order to be able to report new members. To adjust, navigate to Settings > Status and drag it to the top. Make sure you click "Save."
