ChapterBuilder - Bulk Import Leads - Skipping Duplicate Leads

Want to avoid duplicate Lead profiles being created when you import leads? You can now use a new feature in the Bulk Importer to "Skip" the creation of anyone who is already on your list. 

How to Skip Duplicate when Importing. 

1. Navigate to your Lead Importer (click the dropdown arrow next to the red "+New Lead" button) and select "Import Leads."

2. Below the "Import Lead File" button you will see a checkbox to "Skip Duplicates." If checked, ChapterBuilder will skip uploading anyone with the same email, phone number or first + last name of an existing lead on your list. 

3. A record of the skipped duplicates will appear on your Activity Feed (see example below). 

Summary

ChapterBuilder allows you to "Skip" duplicates on a spreadsheet you are importing to avoid duplicate profiles from being created.
